1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using BatchJob.ai ("Service"), a product operated by Reventis (KVK: 98623230), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

BatchJob.ai provides access to AI language models through a batch processing system with delayed responses (typically within 24 hours). The Service includes:

• Access to GPT-5 Pro, GPT-5 Mini, GPT-5 Nano, and other AI models
• Batch processing of AI requests with 24-hour delivery
• Free tier with signup bonus and monthly message allocation
• Paid subscription plans and pay-as-you-go credit purchases

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or malicious content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the Service
• Share accounts or resell access to the Service
• Send spam or engage in abusive behavior
• Circumvent usage limits or technical restrictions

5. Payment Terms

Free Tier:

• $1 signup bonus credited to new accounts
• 10 free messages per calendar month
• Signup bonus credits never expire and remain in your account balance

Pro Subscription - Monthly ($19.99/month):

• $10 in credits added on each subscription renewal date
• Credits never expire and remain in your account balance
• Credits roll over month-to-month as part of your total balance
• Unlimited messages (subject to credit balance)
• Access to all available AI models
• Billed monthly via Stripe
• Auto-renewal unless cancelled

Pro Subscription - Annual ($199/year):

• $120 in credits added upfront ($10 × 12 months)
• Credits never expire and remain in your account balance
• Full year of Pro access with all features
• Unlimited messages (subject to credit balance)
• Access to all available AI models
• Billed annually via Stripe (Save $40 compared to monthly)
• Auto-renewal unless cancelled

Pay-as-you-go Credits:

• Purchase amounts from $5 to $10,000
• Credits never expire and remain in your account balance
• Non-refundable once used (see Refund Policy)

6. Pricing and Model Costs

All pricing is in USD. Model costs are charged per token and deducted from your credit balance. Current pricing is available at batchjob.ai/plans. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for service interruptions due to:

• Scheduled maintenance
• Third-party provider outages
• Force majeure events
• Network or infrastructure failures

8. Intellectual Property

Your Content:

• You retain ownership of all content you submit to the Service
• You grant us a license to process and store your content to provide the Service
• You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to submit content

AI-Generated Content:

• You own the output generated by the AI in response to your prompts
• AI-generated content may not be unique to you
• You are responsible for reviewing and using AI output appropriately

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described therein.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Abuse the Service or other users

You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, your unused credits will be forfeited unless eligible for refund under our Refund Policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reventis and BatchJob.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any AI-generated content or advice
• Unauthorized access to your account
• Service interruptions or errors

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including:

• Accuracy or reliability of AI-generated content
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement of third-party rights
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

Important: AI-generated content may contain errors, biases, or inaccuracies. Always verify critical information independently. Do not rely on AI output for medical, legal, or financial decisions without professional consultation.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reventis, BatchJob.ai, and our affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you submit to the Service

14. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Rotterdam, Netherlands.

15. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or Service notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
